There are disabled bays available in the multi-storey car park at Olympia. BookingYou are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance. Book online at any time, or call our advance booking line on 0207 598 2515 between 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted. As a matter of policy Earls Court and Olympia will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible. Olympia AccessOlympia Grand Hall access is on Olympia Way. Olympia National Hall and Olympia Two access is via the main entrances on Hammersmith Road. Lifts are then used to access each floor. Olympia Conference Centre has its own entrance on Hammersmith Road and is accessed via a ramp in the foyer and lifts to Level 3. Venue PlansOlympia Grand HallOlympia Two, Lower Ground Floor Manual Wheelchair LoanWheelchairs are available on loan for use at both venues, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7598 2411 for Olympia. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Hearing AssistanceBoth Reception and on site Box Office staff in our venues will assist in your enquiries as required. Our switchboard operates the 'Typetalk' system, the textphone relay service for hard of hearing people. Hearing loops are installed in the majority of demonstration and lecture areas at events. Assistance DogsAll assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises and special effects from concerts. The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements.
